Common Issues

  1. “VPN connects and immediately disconnects”

This issue is most often caused by users granting permission for network changes when installing various VPNs. This is a necessary step without which no VPN will work. To resolve this issue, simply reset the network settings on your device.

For iPhone, according to Apple’s official documentation, you can do this as follows: Go to “Settings” > “General” > “Transfer or Reset [Device]” > “Reset” > “Reset Network Settings”. This will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular network settings, as well as VPN and APN settings that were previously used.

For Android, this instruction is suitable for most phone models: To reset, open the “Settings” menu > “General” > “Reset” > select “Reset Network Settings”, then restart the phone.
